Registration:
1.1. By enrolling in Edooism, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 
1.2. Registration requires accurate personal information and adherence to age requirements.

Payment: 
2.1. Fees are due upon registration and must be paid in full before participation. 
2.2. Refunds are subject to the academy's refund policy outlined on our website.

Conduct: 
3.1. Participants must demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect for coaches, staff, and fellow participants.
3.2. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to others may result in dismissal from the academy without refund.

Safety:
4.1. Participants must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by coaches and staff. 
4.2. Edooism is not liable for injuries sustained during participation, except in cases of negligence.

Communication: 
5.1. Participants and guardians agree to receive communications from Edooism via email, phone, or SMS. 
5.2. All official announcements and updates will be posted on our website.

Intellectual Property: 
6.1. All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, and training materials, are the intellectual property of Edooism.
6.2. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any materials is prohibited.

Termination: 
7.1. Edooism reserves the right to terminate enrollment for violations of these terms and conditions.
7.2. Termination may occur without refund at the discretion of the academy.

Governing Law: 
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Mumbai is located.
